Sara Keiper
 Sara was born and raised in upstate New York and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area after college. She is a Registered Nurse by profession. Sara worked at Mills Hospital and the San Mateo County Department of Health for 11 years. She attended Central Peninsula Church (CPC) at that time, and helped in the development of the community group ministry during the early years of the church. Sara is the first Missions Partner to be sent out from CPC.
Today, Sara is the Associate Area Director of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (IVCF)/Nurses Christian Fellowship (NCF). The purpose of InterVarsity is to establish and advance at colleges and universities, witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus as Savior and Lord. As Associate Area Director in Urban Philadelphia Sara helps supervise and develop staff teams at the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University and Drexel University. Recognizing that health care professionals have natural opportunities to interact with patients and colleagues on spiritual issues, but that they are unprepared, she gives particular focus to discipleship and training of students in health care profession majors (nursing, pre-med, pharmacy, dental). She also mentors younger women staff in the MidAtlantic Region of IVCF.
