“Then your light will break out like the dawn, and your recovery will speedily spring forth. And the Lord will continually guide you, and satisfy your desire in scorched places, and give strength to your bones; and you will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail. Those among you will rebuild the ancient ruins; You will raise up the age-old foundations; and you will be called the repairer of the breach, The restorer of the streets in which to dwell.” Isaiah 58:8,11,12
The Recovery ministry carries Christ’s message of hope and healing to those still struggling with any addiction. We strive to lay a biblical foundation for the recovery process and develop healthy supports by which movement through this process can be initiated and maintained. And we firmly believe that as long as we, as God’s people, acknowledge our powerlessness and dependence on Him, that He is faithful to build us up from the inside out. This ministry is equally equipped to initiate crisis interventions, counseling education and to be a referral source for the community.
Higher Power Celebration - An evening of music, teaching and fellowship centered on God’s work in our recovery. We are committed to biblical teaching, sharing testimonies of God’s grace, and original and upbeat worship. Join us every Friday night from 7:15 to 9:00 p.m. Childcare is available.
